International Delivery Time

International delivery times are 3 to 8 business days with tracking.

Please note that most orders arrive tax-free. However, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible for or have control over these charges.

International orders must be shipped to the cardholder's address.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 business day.

Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Our priority is to make your shopping experience safe, convenient, and worry-free.

However, if an issue arises, all orders can be returned up to 30 days after the shipping date for a full refund, minus shipping and gift wrapping. If you wish to return a product from your order, simply send it to the address below in its original packaging. You will receive a refund within one billing cycle of receiving the returned product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages, unless we made an error.

Additionally, we understand that customers should open items before deciding if they like them. As long as they are not overused, they will receive a full refund. Otherwise, they will receive a partial refund.
